Harriet Brown Rosborough, 75, of Panama City Beach, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020.  She was born November 23, 1945 in Panama City.  She graduated from Bay High School and Gulf Coast Community College.  She was a member of the Woodlawn United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Joe Rosborough; father, Merritt Robert Brown and mother, Anna Myrtle Brown.  She is survived by two daughters, Rachelle Dolan and husband James; Brooke Rosborough; three grandchildren, Vince Dolan, Garrett Dolan, and Nevaeh Rosborough; brother, Merritt Robert Brown Jr. and wife Diane and a sister, Marianne Arnold. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 20 at 2pm in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Irwin officiating.  Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  Those desiring may make memorial donations to Bethel Village of Panama City Rescue Mission, 1313 E. 11 ^th St., Panama City, FL  32401 in memory of Harriet Rosborough.
