HAROLD RALPH WILLIAMS
Harold Ralph Williams, 91, of Panama City, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2013. He was born August 14, 1921 in St. Andrews, Florida to Capt. Fred & Netra Williams. He was a commercial fisherman with his father and brothers on the boat "Seven Brothers". Mr. Williams served in the Coast Guard during World War II. He was a retired millwright for International Paper Company. He was a member of St. Andrew Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by five brothers, Otto, C.E., Carol, Cody and Dan Williams; and two sisters, Juanita Bettio and Julia Beliech. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Rosa Williams; five children, Cynthia Lynd Davis, Chris Williams (Wanda), Hal Williams (Debby), Kim Patrick (Barry), Terry McNeal; five grandchildren, Robyn McCart, Chris Weaver (Elaina), Steve Williams, Megan Berendt (Matt), Kaitlin Patrick; seven great grandchildren; brother, J.E. "Smokey" Williams; sister-in-law, Odessa Dixon and her family; special nephew, Chester Williams (Jewel); numerous other nieces and nephews; and special friends, Cece & Steve Widmar, A.D. & Mildred Richbourg, Lindy & Betty Whitehurst, Ginger & Jerry Hays and their daughter, Scarlett Hays. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 – 2 p.m. prior to the service.
