Hampton "Oz" Osborne, 70, of Panama City, passed away in peace at home, surrounded by his family on March 29, 2017.  He was born in Blackwater, VA, son of late Hampton and Ruby Osborne.  His wife, Aking, of 49 years, survives.

Hampton is survived by his sons, Jason (Heather) and Matt (Bethany); grandchildren, Luke and Olivia; sisters, Eula Pooler, Addie Pooler (Bob) and Aileen Crawford (Jay); brothers, Glen (Ofelia) and Donnie (Michelle); and several nieces and nephews.

He retired as a Chief Master Sergeant for the U.S. Air Force after 30 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his family and playing golf.

A Celebration Service will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 7, 2017, at Emmaus United Methodist Church in Panama City.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church or cancer research.
