Gwenette Smith Landwehr, 53, of Lynn Haven, passed away on Saturday, February 02, 2013 in her home after a long battle with multiple sclerosis. She was born February 16, 1959 in Panama City and was a lifelong resident of the area. She was a 1977 graduate of Bay High School. She loved to dance and was accredited by Dance Masters of America. She was a former dance instructor at Virginia Sweet School of Dance and Tonie's Dance Workshop, as well as a former secretary at the Panama City Port Authority. She also enjoyed playing bingo at Wild Bill's Bingo on her nights out on the town. She loved her family and her "little puppies" very much and always greeted everyone with a smile. She was preceded in death by her parents; Edson & Brunette Smith. She is survived by her husband Bobby Landwehr; 2 daughters, Lynette Landwehr and Kristy Landwehr Martinez; grandson, Tanner Jameson Martinez and a brother, Eddie Gene Smith. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Monday.
