Gloria Ann Miller, 81, of Panama City Beach, Florida, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2024.

She was born in Baltimore, MD, on February 22, 1943. Gloria said her greatness joy was spending time with her family, and her greatest accomplishment was having and raising her daughter and son. Gloria found joy in helping others. She created recreational dances for special needs teens in Baltimore County and ran it for 20 years. She also loved talking with her longtime friends on the telephone.

Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Miller, and her parents, Edward and Helen DeGraw.

Those left to live with the love she gave them include her son, Craig Miller, daughter Denise Miller (Lenore Stephens), granddaughters, Shelby Ramsey, Erin Ramsey and daughter-in­ laws, Natasha Stephens and Roxanne Sparacello.
