Gloria Lewis Gay, 73, of Panama City, FL passed away on Tuesday March 8, 2022. She was born on June 9, 1948 in Dothan, AL and grew up in Bay County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Gay; her parents, R.T. and Gladys Hutchins and one brother, Jimmy Hutchins. She is survived by two daughters, Carly Gay, Amanda James; one sister, Caryl O'Brien (John); two nieces, Lisa Reddish, Paige Mason; great niece, Brianna Reddish, great nephew, Branden Reddish Sr. and their families. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
