Gladys Wynelle Wheeler, 89, of Panama City, FL passed away peacefully on Saturday June 16, 2018. She was born on July 15, 1928 in Thomaston, GA to William Golden and Mamie Gladys Watkins. She was a cross walk guard at Cherry Street School, the owner of Circle W western Shop and was employed for 24 years at Walmart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Wheeler; her parents and four brothers. She is survived by her children, Sally Rosser (Mark), George Wheeler (Donna); grandchildren, Alan Wheeler, Kathryn Wolfe (Jay), Kelli Rosser; great grandson, Thomas Wheeler. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 20, 2018 at 10 am CT in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clyde Ellison officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 pm CT Tuesday June 19, 2018.
