Gerald Wright, 80, of Fountain Florida, passed away peacefully on December 12th at Florida Gulf Coast Hospital with his family reading scripture and sing hymns. Born on March 4th, 1945, in Crossville, TN. He was a plumber, heavy equipment operator, and oysterman. Jerry loved Jesus, life, and people, and he always had mercy for the outcast. He was preceded in death by his wife, 7 brothers and sisters, Junior, Francis, James, Jean, Nella, Earl, Johnny. He is survived by sisters Betty, June, and Judy, children; Billy, Tina, Johnny, Frankie, Tonya, Joseph, and Justin, a multitude of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at the Youngstown Campus of FBCPC on December 27th @ 12 PM with a potluck dinner to follow. Visitation will start at 11 AM. Please wear bright clothes to celebrate his homegoing. In lieu of flowers make donations to the Youngstown Baptist Vacation Bible School or Servants Heart program.
