Memorial services for Gerald Wayne "Bud" Masterson, 79, of Panama City, who passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m. in the St. Andrew Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Benevolence Center at St. Andrew Baptist Church in memory of Bud Masterson. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
