GEORGIA SMITH LOWE

Georgia Smith Lowe, of Fountain, Florida, died Thursday, December 7, 2006 in a local hospital. She was born September 29, 1928 in Blackshear, Georgia and had been a resident of Bay County since 1992, moving here from Orlando, Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Lowe Sr and a daughter, Rebecca Simon. She is survived by her children, Darlene Collins and husband Raymond of Anchorage, Alaska, Robert Lee Lowe Jr and wife Dolleen of McDonough, Georgia, Edward Lowe and wife Debra of Fountain, Florida, Danny Ray Lowe and wife JoAnn of Panama City, Stephen Lowe of Alabama and Jill Lowe of Panama City, 20 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, sister, Bobbie Fernandez and husband Val of Orlando, Florida. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Key officiating. Those desiring to may make a donation to Covenant Hospice, 107 West 19th Street, Panama City, Florida 32405 in memory of Georgia Smith Lowe.
