George Washington Van Buskirk III, 80, of Panama City, FL passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Born on December 2, 1944 in Lynn Haven, Florida, he was a devoted husband to Patricia "Zion" Van Buskirk and a loving father to his two children, Jeffrey Van Buskirk and Ja'Ney Van Buskirk.

George's hobbies and interests helped define who he was. He enjoyed fishing, reading, boating and camping, often spending weekends on the water or spending time with friends and family. His love for fishing was something he shared with is children, leaving a mark on them that will never fade.

We find comfort in knowing that George's legacy lives on through his family, friends and those he knew during his life. He will be missed and never forgotten, his memories we will cherish forever. Rest in Peace!
