George Neal, 90, of Panama City, FL passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018. He was born on December 20, 1927 to Lewis Neal and Ada M. Neal. He retired at the rank of Master Sergeant after serving over 23 years in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Donald Neal; two sisters, Ruby Bench, Peggy Mahon. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Phyllis Neal; two daughters, Vickie N. Eldridge (Steven), Linda N. Robinson; four grandchildren, Kari Eldridge, Eric Eldridge, Bryan Robinson, Joseph Robinson; two great grandsons, Bentley Robinson, Easton Robinson; two sisters, Emma Gannon of Phelps, KY, Cynthia Harper of Hardy, KY; two brothers, Edward Neal (Grace) of Crestview, FL, Roger Neal (Mary Jane) of Sebastian, FL; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018 at 11 am in the Springfield Baptist Church with Rev. Virgil Tillman and Rev. Don Hodges officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Springfield Baptist Church in memory of George Neal.
