Frederick "Rick" Earl Hoover, 71 of Parker, FL passed away on Thursday January 5, 2017. He was born on November 19, 1945 in Hutchinson, Kansas to Bob and Billie Marie Hoover. He served in the United States Navy.  He is survived by his daughter Rody Hoover- Schultz (Patrick); grandchildren, Madison, Olivia, Campbell, Joseph, and Cooper Schultz; sister, Susan Hill; and numerous nieces and nephews.
