Freda Hines Rasch, 94, of Panama City, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2025 in her home. She was born June 9, 1930 in Riverdale, Maryland.  She had been a resident of Panama City for 68 years.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Heinz Rasch.  She is survived by a daughter, Sharon Rasch Strickland (Richard); two grandchildren, Tonya Bailey (Travis), William Keith Strickland (April); three great grandchildren, Braydon Bailey, Brody Bailey and Anthony Riner.  Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 2 p.m. in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12:30-1:30 p.m. prior to the graveside.  Love always from your daughter and all of the family members.
