FRED WOELTJE
Fred Woeltje, 87, of Benton Village, Panama City Beach, passed away on August 22, 2007. He was born February 2, 1920 in Nienbruegge, Germany. He moved to Panama City in 1977. He was a member of the Panama City Amateur Radio Club and the Computer Club. He was a volunteer at the Public Library for many years. He is survived by his wife, Anna Maria Woeltje. Memorialization will be by cremation, which were his wishes.
