Frank Byerly McMahon Jr., 85, of Panama City, FL passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024. He was born on February 22, 1938 in Fort Worth, TX to Grace Glenn and Frank Byerly  McMahon Sr. Frank served in the  United States Air Force for 21 years. He was a member of First United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Garrah McMahon Morgan and one brother-in-law, Hamlyn Morgan. He is survived by his wife, Lucile McMahon; two children, Frank Byerly McMahon III (Shelby), Beth McMahon; two grandchildren, Russell McMahon and Garrah McMahon; one nephew, John Morgan (Tammy) and one niece, Eileen Morgan. A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 8, 2024 at 12 noon in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, from 11 am - 12 pm prior to the service.
