Frank "Dennis" Baker, 81, of Panama City, FL, passed away on December 11, 2017. He was born on August 19, 1936 in Lenoir, NC to James "Fred" and Ruby Baker. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Baker, his parents, his brothers Ray and Gerald, and his sister Una Price. He is survived by his daughters Deborah Baker and Karen Fenstermacher (Walter) and 2 grandchildren, Cole and Kelly Fenstermacher, his sister, Arvie Dew Reid and cousin, Herb Greene, both of Lenoir, NC. He was a retired Senior Master Sergeant from the US Air Force. While serving he received numerous accommodations including two bronze stars. Following service retirement he worked for Sperry and Honeywell Corporations as an engineer. He was an avid and talented golfer having received multiple trophies.
