Frances E. Kirchoff, 90, of Panama City, FL passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2019. She was born on March 16, 1929 in Findlay, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Carl Kirchoff Sr.; one sister, one brother and her parents. She is survived by five children: Danny (Kim) Kirchoff, Richard Kirchoff, Michael (Tina) Kirchoff of Panama City, FL, Steven (Jan) Kirchoff of Bonaire, GA, David Kirchoff of Key West, FL; 11 grandchildren, Carol-Ann (Jared) Marking, Danyelle (Aaron) Alexander, Jennifer (David) Merriam, Matt Kirchoff, Jason Kirchoff, Jessica (Troy) Eubank, Jillian (Cindy) Kirchoff, Laura (Brian) Harper, Allison (Kenny) Brewer, and Keith Kirchoff; 8 great-grandchildren, Jett and Dash Marking, Jacob Merriam, Madalyn and Ayden Eubank, Kash and Kyle Kirchoff, Carolyn Harper, Catherine Martin, Eyana (Marquis) Phillips, and Justin Kirchoff. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 11 am in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Hayward Miller officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10-11 am prior to the service. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the American Cancer Society in memory of Frances E. Kirchoff.
