Frances Faye Brannon, 87, of Panama City, FL passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. She was born on August 19, 1938 to Arthur and Monteria Dumas. She worked as a cashier at Eckerds for 27 years and she was the department manager at Gaylords. Frances was a member of the First Baptist Church of Panama City. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother and sister. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, William Gene Brannon; three children, Linda Herbest (Alton), Bill Brannon, Teresa Goss (Jay); seven grandchildren, Trisha, Alisha, Dana, Braxton, Brenleigh, Christi and Ryan; eleven great grandchildren; two siblings, Beverly Northington and Jerry Dumas. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025 at 2 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1-2 pm prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
