Florence Galarza Ortiz, 90, of Panama City, Florida, passed away July 6, 2020. She was born December 15, 1929 in Puerto Rico.  She was a loving mother and grandmother and the matriarch of the family.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Terry Nunez Ortiz.  She is survived by two children, Eneida Nunez and Jorge Betancourt; five grandchildren, Mark, Jessica, Mark, David and Amanda; seven great grandchildren, Caleb, Ceasar, Alexis, Anthony, Andrew, Axel and Sophia; one great great grandson, Emery; and two sisters, Lucy and Deling.  Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment will follow service in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
