Flora Elizabeth Keith Ramsey, 87, of Panama City, passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2015. She was born in Pensacola, Florida. She was a retired owner and operator of Butterfly World Creations. She was a member of Forest Park United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Dwan "Ed" Ramsey; and sister, Elise Sutton. She is survived by her three children, Priscilla Underwood (Mike), Dwan Ramsey, Jr. (Shirley), Lowell Ramsey; three grandchildren, Tami Leavins, Michelle Leavins, Ashley Ramsey Villeneau (Brett); four great grandchildren, Dewey Ramsey, Christopher Vinson, Mason Leavins, Linley Ann Villeneau; five great great grandchildren, Jayson Ramsey, Zeva Ramsey, Connor Vinson, Dillon Vinson, Avery Vinson; one brother, R.C. "Bucky" Keith, Jr. (Wynn); two sisters, Grace Earl Kinney Barry, Dorothy Keith Bowers; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. John Friedman officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 3 – 4 p.m. A graveside service will be held at 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday at Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola, Florida.
