Ezella Gilbert Sapp

Mrs. Ezella Gilbert Sapp, 83, of 1114 West 8th Street, Panama City, Florida, passed away January 7, 2007, after a lengthy illness. She was a retired secretary for West Florida Electric Company. She was predeceased by her husband, Dempsey L. Sapp. She is survived by two sons, Robert Blackwell, of Pensacola, and Ronnie Blackwell, of Orlando, two grandchildren, Robyn McCart and Brian Blackwell. Also, five brothers, Charles & wife, Janet, Jack, John, Donald and Douglas Gilbert, of Panama City, sisters-in-law, Arvie Sapp Yongue, and Lillian Sapp Harrell, of Chipley, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Sapp attended St. Andrew Baptist Church in Panama City, which she loved. Special recognition goes to Marianna Health and Rehabilitation, Marianna, Fla., for the wonderful care given to Mrs. Sapp over recent years. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 10, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
