Millicent Ethelene McLeod Hogan
(1924-2011)
On January 25th, 2011, Ethelene Hogan, 86, succumbed to complications associated with Alzheimer's disease.
Mrs. Hogan graduated from Bay High School and was a member of The Millville Advent Christian Church. In addition to her love for the Lord, Mrs. Hogan had a gift for gardening and was the President of the Panama City Garden Club during the 1950's. She was also involved with the 1924 Club and was an avid turtle protector.
Mrs. Hogan was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis, her mother, Nora and father, Horace McLeod. She is survived by her daughter, son, four grandchildren, three sisters and a brother.
Mrs. Hogan will be cremated and her ashes will be buried at Millville Cemetery. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January the 29, 2011. Services will be conducted by her nephew and pastor of the Millville Advent Christian Church. David Buchanan. In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request donations be made in Mrs. Hogan's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
