ETHEL MARIE BOWDEN

Ethel Marie Bowden, 77, of Panama City Beach, passed away Friday, November 21, 2008 in her home. She was born on March 18, 1931 in Altha, Florida. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Panama City. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gene Bowden, Sr. and an infant son, Robert Lynn Bowden. She is survived by her two daughters, Deborah Marie Bowden, of Panama City, Nancy Bowden Armstrong and husband Bobby, of Alexandra, VA, son, Bobby Gene Bowden, Jr. and wife Lori, of Cullman, AL, six grandchildren, Tracy Brooks Armstrong, Anna Kathleen Armstrong, Austin Luke Bowden, Joshua Bennet Bowden, Anna Rhea Bowden, Leah Marie Bowden, three sisters, Naomi Castleberry, Ruth Hilbert, both of Pace, FL, Marguerite Hackathorn, of Bowling Green, OH and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 6 – 8 p.m. Those desiring may make memorial donations to Covenant Hospice, 107 W 19th Street, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Ethel Bowden.
