Esther Marie Kunkle, 88, of Panama City, FL passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2019. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 7 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6-7 pm prior to the service.
