Emma Lou Peel, 84, of Panama City, passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2021 in her home.  She was born May 24, 1937 in Panama City.  She was a retired cosmetologist.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond & Myrtle Campbell; her husband, Hildrie Peel and a brother, James Campbell.  She is survived by a son, H. Jacoby Peel; granddaughter, Stephanie Nicole Peel; great granddaughter, Charlie Fraley; niece, Debbie Campbell Hobbs; great niece, Michelle O'Neal Helms; great nephew, Clay O'Neal and numerous extended family.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 1 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor John Ramsey officiating.  Private family interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
