ELSIE OPAL FINK
Elsie Opal Fink, 84, of Panama City, died Tuesday, October 30, 2007 in a local hospital. She was born July 6, 1923 in Corbin, Kentucky to Lawrence Snow & Sarah Jane Hensley. She had been a resident of Panama City since 1982 moving here from Hillsboro, Ohio. She was an Honorary Deputy with the Bay County Sheriff Department. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Fink. She is survived by a daughter, Saundra Ciccarelli and husband, Joseph, 2 grandchildren, Alexander Ciccarelli, Elizabeth Ciccarelli, all of Panama City; sister, Polly Campbell of Chester, VA and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Fred Sale officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Friday. Those desiring may make a contribution to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601 in memory of Elsie Opal Fink.
