Eloise Smith, 98, went to be with her Savior on April 30, 2019 from her home in Montgomery, AL. She is survived by one sister, Mary Warren of Panama City; two daughters and sons -in-law, Cindy and Tony Finnell of Villa Rica, GA and Janice and Van Johnson of Montgomery, AL; one son and daughter-in-law, Cleve and Kim Smith of Lincoln, NE, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Eloise was also blessed with 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, one great, great grandchild and another great grandchild and great, great grandchild expected soon!
Preceding her in death was husband of 68 years, Horace Smith, 2 brothers, 5 sisters and numerous other relatives. Eloise taught Bible classes for over 40 years at churches in Panama City and Montgomery, AL. Two services will celebrate her life: Tuesday, May 7, 1:00 PM at Catoma Baptist Church in Montgomery, AL (viewing with family beginning at 11:30 am) and Wednesday, May 8, 1:00 PM at Evergreen Memorial Gardens here in Panama City.
