Elma Guy Hollis went home to be with her Lord and Savior April 12, 2020 at the age of 98. She was born November 7, 1921 to Clarence Guy and Dovie Lee Carroll in Dothan, Alabama. Elma Guy was a member of First Baptist Church of Panama City since 1941. She taught Sunday School for 37 years. The family moved to Panama City in the late 30's. Elma Guy was a master designer of draperies, window dressings and home décor. She and her mother owned and operated Carroll's Drapery Shop for many, many years. Elma Guy was preceded in death by her husband, parents, siblings and grandson. She is survived by her daughters Sandra H. Harrison and Karen Stovall (Gary) and many nieces and nephews. There will be a private family service. In lieu of flowers you may donate to the First Baptist Church of Panama City Building Fund.
