ELLIS MIXSON CONE
Ellis Mixson Cone, 69, of Fountain, died peacefully in his home on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 surrounded by his family. He was born December 12, 1938 in Valdosta, Georgia. He had been a resident of Fountain for the past five years moving from Zephyrhills, Florida. He was preceded in death by his sister, Frances Shepherd. He is survived by his wife, Imogene Cone, five children, Aleta Haddock and husband Jimmy, Marty Cone and wife Ginger, Mickey Cone and wife Debbie, Becky Dugat and husband Darrell, Danny Cone, 13 grandchildren, Dawn, Eva, Leann, Elise, Deke, Stephanie, Ginny, Keith, Kristy, Kyle, Andrew, Amanda, Amber, 14 great grandchildren, niece, Faye Ward and husband Kerry, great nephew, Zackary Ward and special friends and loved ones, Henry & Lenora Coffelt and Christina Belanger. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Youngstown Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Fountain Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6 – 8 p.m.
