ANN ELIZABETH "LIZ" WINDHAM
Ann Elizabeth "Liz" Windham, 85, of Panama City, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013. She was born October 8, 1927 in Malone, Florida. Mrs. Windham was a retired Office Administrator for the Florida Game and Fish Commission. She was a member of St. Andrew Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Register "Cuz" Windham and her brother, Fred Hatton. She is survived by her two sons, Don Windham, Glen Windham (Phyllis); three grandchildren, Kim Bray, Kelley Windham, Matt Windham; two great grandchildren, Aubree Morgan, Aviana Bryant; three sisters, Sue Helms, Margie Mann (Bill), Louise VanCott and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 2 – 3 p.m. prior to the service. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the St. Andrew Baptist Church Building Fund, 3010 W 15th Street, Panama City, FL 32405.
