Elizabeth Miriam Wandrei, 83, of Panama City Beach, FL passed away on Sunday July 4, 2021. She was born on April 1, 1938 in Montreal, Canada to William and Dorothy Parsons. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Wandrei. She is survived by three children, Danny Cohen (Bridgette), Francis Quang Tran (Diane Dao Tran), Chris Cohen (Kimberly); three grandchildren, Calvin, Savannah and Chanclie. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 10:30 am at High Praise Church. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the High Praise Church, 7124 E Highway 22, Panama City, FL 32404 in memory of Elizabeth Wandrei.
