Elise Frost Carow, 77, of Panama City, FL passed away on August 16, 2019. She was born on February 2, 1942 in Downsville, LA to Lonnie and Verdie Frost. She was a Bay County resident for 30 years. She is survived by one sister, Murtis Lee; one brother, Micky Frost; two sons, Jasen Murray, Jamison Murray; two grandchildren, Jess and Madison. Graveside services were held in Crown Hill Cemetery in Albany, GA.
