Eleanor Virginia Bodiford, 97, of Parker, FL passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. She was born on October 24, 1924 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Grover Bodiford, her parents and five brothers. She is survived by two children, G.T. "Chuck" Bodiford Jr. (Katy), Suzanne Viars (Jeffry); two grandchildren, Alexandra Nield, Grover "Bryan" Bodiford III (Emily); one great grandson, G. Thurston Bodiford IV; numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Saturday February 5, 2022 at 11 am in the Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Wilson Funeral Home from 5-7 pm on Friday, February 4, 2022. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the American Cancer Society in memory of Eleanor Bodiford.
