E.L. Stewart Jones, 88, of Graceville, Florida died Monday, February 18, 2008 in a Graceville hospital. She was born June 4, 1919 in Millville, Florida to James Cornelius Stewart Sr. and Esther Lee Corley Stewart. She was a lifelong resident of Panama City and a member of First Baptist Church of Panama City. She was a retired floral designer for Panama City Florist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Neal Jones, daughter, Angela Jones, two brothers, J.C. Stewart Jr. and John Pershing Stewart. She is survived by three sons, Stuart Jones and wife Brenda of Graceville, Florida, Jimmy Jones and wife Trella of Shelbyville, Alabama, Allen Jones of Panama City, sister, Sarah Stewart Rhyne of Panama City, 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Larry Quick, David Jones, Danny Webb, J. Michael Stewart, Kyle Miles and Josh Miles.
