Edward "Eddy" Duvall Jr., 80, of Panama City, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at his home. He was born in Frankfort, Kentucky to Edward M. & Della Lee Duvall Sr. He was a retired Senior Master Sergeant for the United States Air Force. He had been a resident of Panama City since 1978. He was a Kentucky Colonel and was a member of the Sons of the Confederate Veterans. He is survived by 5 children, Jackie Higgins; Eddie Duvall (Cheryl); Tony Duvall, Scott Duvall (Rachel); Donnie Himes (Jon); sister, Izettia Duvall LoPreste; 16 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on next Sunday, August 7, 2016 at 4 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rick McClung officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3-4 p.m. prior to the service. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the V.F.W or to Amvets in memory of Eddy Duvall.
