Eddis “Jean” Adams Straw, 93, of Panama City, passed away September 21, 2026. She was born on October 4, 1932 in Cairo, Georgia to Guy Boyd & Katie Eugenia Griffin Greenway. She graduated from Fraiser Ellis School of Nursing, Dothan, Alabama in 1954. She was a retired registered nurse at Adams Hospital. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Lynn Haven. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Dr. D.M. Adams Jr. and Jack Howard Straw; her parents and a sister, Donnis Rocher and her husband David. She is survived by her niece, Pamela Isenberg; nephew, Eddie Rocher and his wife Sherri; great-niece, April Isenberg; great nephews, Brad Rocher and wife Crystal, Brian Rocher and wife Debra and Brent Rocher. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 3 p.m. in Greenwood Cemetery (corner of West 17th Street and Lisenby Avenue).
