Earl Davis
June 12, 1928 – December 18, 2010
Earl was born in Pensacola, Florida – he went to school, worked for a while in the rodeo and eventually went to work for the Telephone Company at the age of 18. He moved to Panama City in where he met and married Betty Daniel in April of 1950. He served in the Korean War, worked with Southern Bell until his retirement, and then served as the Director of the Coastal Kidney Center.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Betty Daniel Davis; son, Ken Davis; daughter, Toni Davis; son-in-law, Judson Colley, Jr.; grandchildren: Judson Colley, III, MD and Mary Boyd Colley, MD; Paralee McKinney and T.A. McKinney; Marvin Colley and Kim Colley; great grandchildren: Thomas McKinney, Price McKinney, Virginia McKinney, Judson Colley, IV and Marilyn Colley.
A private family service was held.
