In loving memory of Dorothy Mae Staats "Nana."

Born to this life on the 17th of May, 1954 and Entered external life on the 15th of September, 2022.

Dorothy loved to work in her yard, she loved collecting whatever she could find, and her arms were always wide open to family and friends.

Dorothy is survived by her grandchildren; Makayla, Lee, Trenton, Nate, Rahlina, Emma, and Xander. Her children, Brandi, Joseph, Kay and Daniel, her siblings, Bessie, Juanita, and Jimmy. And many more cousins, nephews, and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Velma, and Sam, her husband Richard, and her daughter Felicia.  She was so loved, and will forever be missed. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 11 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service.  Interment will follow in the Fountain Cemetery.
