Donna Jean Jernigan, 57, of Panama City, FL passed away on Monday, March 29, 2021. She was born on May 28, 1963 in Key West, FL to James and Helen Jernigan. She was a retired Registered Nurse, seasoned with over 30 years in ERs & ICUs in multiple States and volunteered at the Center of Hope's Medical Ministry. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Panama City and played clarinet in the church's orchestra. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Cynthia, and her first husband, Carlos de Jesus. She is survived by her husband, Samuel F. Küntz; a sister, Mary Jernigan; numerous half-siblings, cousins, and stepfather, Eugene Hoskins. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 3rd, at 12:00 noon in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ken Brookins officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11 a.m.-12 noon prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Music Ministry at First Baptist Church of Panama City or Center of Hope c/o St. Andrew Baptist Church in memory of Donna Jernigan.
