Our Beautiful Mother

Dolores Faye Jeannotte Hazelwood, 77, Went Home to be with The Lord & Family Members on Tuesday December 3rd 2024. She was a loving & devoted Mother, Grandmother "Meemaw", Great-Grandmother & Sister. Dolores was born in Kansas City Missouri where she later moved with her parents to Beaverton Oregon where she was raised and graduated from high school and business college. After becoming an adult She moved to Panama City Florida in the late 1960's where she made a Home to raise her six children. She had always worked in the retail industry and loved working & helping others. Momma made an impact on a multitude of people with her kind spirit & caring personality. She was truly loved by many throughout her lifetime. Momma enjoyed being outdoors working in the yard, listening to her wind chimes and planting flowers. She had a great love for all types of music and would dance around the house when we were growing up. She also was a Huge FSU fan and would do the chant often to her other family members who loved opposing teams. She loved to travel and enjoyed cruising to beautiful destinations.

Dolores is proceeded in death by Her Grandparents, Her Father - Raymond Jeannotte, Her Mother - Helen Morris Jeannotte, Daughter - Melanie Louise and Son - Mark Raymond. She is survived by her loving children who will forever cherish her treasured memories. Dolores leaves behind her 3 Daughters Melissa Dawn Waltman, Michelle Renee Spradley, Monica Rae Burleson all from Panama City Florida & one Son Leon Matthew Burleson & wife Vicki of Keystone Heights Florida. Also, one Sister Denise Vargas from San Diego California and three Brothers Dennis Jeannotte, David Jeannotte and Dwayne Jeannotte all from Beaverton Oregon. She has 8 Grandchildren - Teighla, Shane, Austin, Alyssa, Dalton, Elizabeth, Caitlyn and Gavin. Seven Great Grandchildren - Colin, Henley, Houston, Blakely, Bryce, Barrett and Khloe. One Great Grandson Huntley due January 2025. A Celebration of Life for Our Mother will be held on a later date for family and friends.
