Dewey Lynn Palmer, 81, of Panama City, FL passed away on Friday March 7, 2025. He was born on August 16, 1943 in Panama City, FL . Dewey served at the rank of SP5 in the United States Army, serving three tours in Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Tony Palmer, Eddie Palmer and Richard Palmer. He is survived by his wife, Imogene Palmer; one step daughter, Joann Lenzwisk; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, Roger Palmer; five half-sisters; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 11 am in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10-11 am prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Oakland Cemetery.
