Della Herndon Cutchins, 99, of Panama City, FL passed away on June 26, 2022. She was born on June 4, 1923 in Calhoun County, FL and moved to Panama City in 1942. She worked as a secretary for Harry Edwards Realty before working as a caregiver at Lisenby Retirement Center for 27 years. She was a member of the Millville Advent Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Paul Cutchins; son, David Paul Cutchins; her parents, Merdia and Doylene Herndon; four brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her son, James Michael Cutchins (Judy), three grandchildren, Israel Kyle Cutchins, Caleb Brandon Cutchins, Michael Dalton Cutchins; two great grandchildren, Joshua Tate Cutchins, Noah Alan Cutchins; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at 10 am on the Greenwood Cemetery with David Buchanan officiating.
