Deborah Jean Dean, 58, of Panama City, passed away June 30, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Edsel Dean Sr. and Christine Dean; sister, Ann Barfield; brother, Edward Dean; and sister-in-law, Betsy Dean.  She is survived by her two brothers, Billy Dean (Susan) and Chuck Dean.  Graveside services will be held on Thursday July 9, 2020 at 11 a.m. in the Forest Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Charles Dean officiating.
