May 2nd, 1951 – March 25th, 2024

Debbra Louise Eaton Birch, 72, passed away after a long illness on Monday, March 25th in Panama City, Florida. She was born on May 2nd, 1951, in Omaha, Nebraska to Wilbur Eaton and Annice Eaton. She was preceded by her brothers Edward Eaton and Will Eaton. She is survived by her son Bruce Edward Birch (Lara), sisters Barbara Dallas, Susie Little, Cindy Ratliff (Sebe) and brother Chuck Eaton (Patty), along with many other nieces, nephews and cousins.

She attended Bay High School prior to moving to San Diego, CA where she graduated from Madison High School.

She was the "cool Mom" for the neighborhood, loved her pets, and was passionate about designing and planting floral landscapes. As a half-way house assistant and counselor, she helped troubled teenagers find their path to a healthy lifestyle. She was a long time employee at Winn Dixie in Panama City Beach.

Debbra took an interest in everybody she met and loved to engage in conversation. Her heart was twice as big as any room she entered and saw the good in everybody.
