Debbi Rhea Jennings, 62, of Panama City Beach, FL, formerly of Jasper, Alabama passed away on Monday, May 20, 2024. She was born in Oak Grove, Louisiana on September 16, 1961. She worked as the office manager for her husband Mike's Jasper Dental practice. Debbi was a long time member of Farmstead Baptist Church and most recently a member of the First Baptist Church of Jasper.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey Ray and Dora Dean Sowell. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Michael Jennings; one daughter, Brittany Rhea Jennings; one sister, Deanie Presswood (Mark); nieces and nephews, Allyson Nance, John Presswood and Rebekah Presswood. There will be a memorial service held on Saturday, June 1st  at 10 am on the east side of Moon Spinner Condo on the beach. An additional memorial service held in Jasper, Alabama on Tuesday, June 4th at 4 pm at Eastside Baptist Church.
