Deanne Walton Coffield, 68, of Lynn Haven, Florida, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020, at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Panama City. She was born on June 22, 1952, in Panama City, Florida, to Ellis and Peggy Cotton Walton. She retired from the Bay County Public Library in 2014 after serving as the Administrative Assistant to the Library Director for 44 years starting in 1970 under Ms. Jane Patton. She also served as the Interim Director until the current director, Robin Shader, was hired.

She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Christopher "Chris" Carson Coffield; her mother-in-law, Ilene Coffield; her sisters, Sharon Wilkinson (Erl), Christi Jacquay (Steve); her brothers, Gregg Walton (Evette) and Randy Walton; one step-sister, Diane Malone; sisters-in-law, Lisa Felder (John), Kathy Belcher; brother-in-law, Randy Coffield (Wanda); numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, December 18, 2020 at 1 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 12-1 pm prior to the service.
