DeAnn Marie Melvin, 54, of Panama City, FL passed away on Saturday May 30, 2020. She was born on January 6, 1966 in Davisville, Rhode Island on the Naval Seabee Base. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Darell Melvin; four children, Bria Melvin, Ariel Blackmon (Steven), Alexis Melvin, Blake Melvin (Laci); five grandchildren, Kody Leach, Jaidyn Leach, Benjamin Leach, Calum Leach, Emory Blackmon; parents, Ronald and Connie Carpenter; one brother, Randy Carpenter (Christy); two sisters, Karyn Miles (Cecil) and Lisa Sausman (Phillip). She was preceded in death by her father in law, Riley Gerald Melvin. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 5, 2020 at 1 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Cypress Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Kinard, FL. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8 pm.
