David Edward Mixon, 58, of Panama City, FL passed away on Saturday December 17, 2016. He was born on February 18, 1958 in Eglin AFB, FL to Billy and Inez Mixon. He was a self-employed painter.  He is survived by his Fiancé, Cindy Morris; three children, William Hill (Ashlie), David Joseph Mixon, Christina Rose Mixon; three grandchildren; four brothers,  Charles Mixon (Rhonda), Bill Mixon (Regina), Doug Mixon, Frank Keller (Michelle); two sisters, Judy Ann Breyer (Paul), Melissa Mitchell (Patrick); and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 4 pm on Thursday December 22 at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Virgil Tillman officiating. The family will receive friends from 3-4 pm prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4001 W 23rd St, Panama City, FL 32405, in David Mixon's honor.
