David Wayne Jackson, 66, of Wewahitchka, FL passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022 in his home. He was born on October 11, 1955 in Nashville, Tennessee and had been a resident of Wewahitchka since 1986. He was preceded in death by his parents, David Lee & Dottie Jackson and one sister, Betty Fay Jackson. He is survived by two children, Randy Lee Jackson (Crystal), Cindy Jordan Brooks; seven grandchildren, Jody Jackson, Kyler Jackson, Daisy Jackson, Harlen Jackson, Brandy Jackson, Kayden Brooks, Chesley Brooks; two sisters, Carol Stringfellow (Charles), Bobbie Brannon (Roger) and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 11 am in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jeffery Painter officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 10-11 am prior to the service. Graveside services will be held on Monday at 1 pm in the Roberts Cemetery, Wewahitchka, FL.  In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial donations to the St. Joe Bay Humane Society, 1007 10th St, Port St Joe, FL 32456 in memory of David Jackson.
